La Mancha Collection

Translucent quartz, or Rock Crystal, was considered a mystical substance by all ancient peoples who prized it as a lustrous ornament in jewelry and lighting. Lapidary artists have used its refractive qualities for more than 3000 years.

Fine Art Lamps Quartz Crystal Collection is inspired by the hand-forged candle-lit fixtures of the Iberian La Mancha region made in the 14th through 16th centuries.

The collection features bobeches and important pendant ornaments of various shapes in solid quartz rock crystal. The tooled metal elements and large-scale chains are in an aged deep bronze patina. The glass shades are hand-blown opaline in a quilted optic pattern.

About Natural Rock Crystal Quartz: Fine Art Lamps uses genuine Rock Crystal Quartz. Rock Crystal Quartz is a natural material, and every piece of cut quartz will have a unique appearance often with naturally occurring variations in color, opacity, and texture. No two stones are alike. The internal fractures result in veils and light refractions that lend beauty and uniqueness to each quartz crystal.
