Dutch Masters Porcelain Chandeliers
The Holtkötter Dutch Masters series showcases
multi-coloured, hand-painted porcelain. All porcelain
is imported from Holland and produced exclusively for
Holtkötter. The solid brass parts are manufactured
in Germany by Holtkötter Leuchten and exhibit the
excellent Holtkötter quality.
Antique Brass fixtures of the Dutch Masters series
include Antique drip candle covers and Hand-Brushed
Old Bronze fixtures of the Dutch Masters series include
Off-white drip candle covers. Ring finial is standard
in this series.
Options
Chandeliers and wall sconces are available with glass
cups and glass. Glass is optional and sold separately.
Candle Snuffers, Clip-On Shades (Black/Gold, Mushroom,
Linen), Drip candle covers (off-white or antique) are
also available.
Finishes
Antique Brass
Holtkotter's antique brass finish is applied
in the following way: First, the brass parts are antiqued,
then they are brushed and highlighted, and finally a
lasting lacquer is applied to preserve the finish.
Hand-Brushed Old Bronze
Hand-Brushed Old Bronze is one of the most
exquisite and expensive finishes crafted by Holtkötter.
All the parts are brushed by hand before the bronze
finish is applied. After "bronzing" the raw
parts, each part is polished with a special brass brush.
Portions of each brushed part are highlighted before
applying a special laquer to enhance and preserve this
beautiful finish. |
