LED Brite Strip "Replacement Kit"

The LED Brite Strip "Replacement Kit" allow for the ETL listed conversion of standard Incandescent Brite Strip to LED Brite Strip. To accomplish this you may keep your existing Brite Strip flexible light strip, but you will need to:

1. Replace the standard Brite Strip transformer with an LED Driver Model LEDDR-24-100W

2. Remove all standard Brite Strip bulbs, and install polarity marked reflectors Model LBL-POLREF

3. Install LED Brite Strip Bulbs Model LBL-24-.72W or Model LBL-MR11-2W with correct polarity orientation.

In laying out your conversion, note that a single run of LED Brite Strip may not exceed 125 LED Festoon Bulbs, or 45 LED MR11 Bulbs. Also note the photometrics for the LED Festoon Bulb vs. the standard Brite Strip Bulbs.

The LED Festoon Bulb emits about 40% less light, but saves at least 80% of the energy required. In numerous applications, the energy savings is worth the light level loss.
