NSL Indoor or Outdoor Reflective LED Step Lights

A medium size wall mounted fixture designed to reflect the brightness of 22 LEDs into a soft diffused illumination for steps, aisles, halls, paths and sidewalks. Offered in 4 LED colors and 2 cover colors. With energy usage a low 2.5 watts per fixture and an average LED life of 60, 000 hours, LED Reflective Light is UL Listed for wet and IC locations. A remarkable total of 250 fixtures can be parallel wired (daisy chained") from one 110VAC tap.

No specialized or proprietary rough-in kit is required. Each Step Light mounts to a standard depth single gang box. For use outdoors, a watertight single gang box must be used to maintain IP65 rating.

Each Step Light Engine requires a faceplate.

Lamping: 12" width maximum S-8 (93) lamp. Lamp is included with fixture.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY: Single contact bayonet (S-8). 12 volt fixture is pre-wired with 6-ft. pigtail of 18-2 AWG, 105° C, SPT-1W wire. Low voltage quick connector, catalog #LVC3 included for easy hook-up to the low voltage supply cable, not included. 12 Volt system requires remote transformer, not included.

Housing: Die-cast aluminum back box contains less than 0.3% copper to prevent corrosion in concrete or masonry applications. Cast bronze fixture has polycarbonate, color impregnated, dark bronze finish. Die-cast copper-free aluminum with 45° cutoff, with frosted tempered glass.
OPTICAL ASSEMBLY: Symmetric reflector is precision formed, semi-specular aluminum or highly polished aluminum, which produces a wide symmetric distribution for general area lighting.
BALLAST: HID ballasts are HPF core and coil, factory wired and tested, mounted to a key-slotted removable tray with quick disconnect for easy Installation: . Ballasts shall provide +/-5% lamp power regulation with +/-10% input voltage regulation. Fluorescent ballast is electronic (-20° F cold weather start).

ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY: 26W Fluorescent socket is a GX24Q-3 base. Bi-pin socket type (GY6.35) with 250° C high temperature teflon coated wire leads. 4kv rated medium base porcelain socket. Nickel-plated screw shell with center contact. Fixture is 12 volt. Internal electronic transformer has 120 volt input. Pre-wired with high temperature 18 AWG wire.

Housing: Fasteners are 300 series stainless steel. Semi-recessed water tight die-cast aluminum with polycarbonate lens. Hinges allow for easy re-lamping. Gasketing is silicone. One (1) ½" NPT conduit tap on the back, two (2) ¾" NPT taps on the bottom and one (1) ¾" NPT tap on each side for easy through-wiring.
Finish: Thermoset polyester powdercoat is electrostatically applied after a five-stage conversion cleaning process and bonded by heat fusion thermosetting. Laboratory tested for superior weatherability and fade resistance in accordance with ASTM B-117-64 and ANSI/ASTM G53-77 specifications.
