Studio Italia Design lights up the show at Casa Decor Miami 2006Studio Italia Design luminaires have been the center of attention and focal point at the first Casa Decor Miami -the internationally renowned interior design show house debuting in America this fall. The superb Studio Italia Design "Kapp" suspension, table and wall models, framed in chrome and featuring special hand-blown glass diffusers; can be seen at the Attitude Grand Loft, sponsored by Brazilian home furnishing conglomerate Artefacto. The space, a vintage theater circa 1920's on the 3rd floor of the building, has been converted into a rocker's loft by designer powerhouse Marcos Zucaratto. "SID fixtures match perfectly with Artefacto's sense of urban chicness", said Zucaratto, who is responsible for all Artefacto's showrooms. "For this event, I created the apartment of an irreverent but sophisticated Rock Star, with Rod Stewart and Lenny Kravitz in mind. The Studio Italia Design pieces I chose added just the right amount of extravagance and attitude that I was looking for. It's been a great success", concluded the designer.
