| Pendants are offered in low and line-voltage versions
with shades unique to each.
Use low volt pendants where a smaller shade is called
for, and line volt pendants for both larger shades and
a greater range of lamp wattages. All WAC Low Voltage
Pendants are comprised of a shade and a socket set.
Socket sets are available for track mounting or monopoint
mounting (except the "Canopy Mount" Line volt
pendant series). Socket sets are available in standard
Lengths up to 96" and allow for field cutting to
a custom Length. WAC Low Voltage Pendants are adapTable
to Lightolier, Halo or Juno or compatible track systems.
The connectors for adapting to the various systems require
the proper cord set. The cord set is available in 48"
and 96" Lengths and includes a 50 watt halogen
bulb and a protective bulb cover. A hang straight "tube"
accessory is available. The cord and tube are both designed
to be cut easily.
The JC 50 watt lamp is generally dimmable with a standard
incandescent dimmer when used with WAC electronic transformers.
Magnetic transformers require a dimmer specifically
for a magnetic transformer.
For some, Line Voltage pendants are preferred for their
ease of Installation: and warm light. A complete unit
includes a shade and socket set. Pendant socket sets
are available in multiple finishes and mounting options,
including Lightolier, Halo or Juno or compatible track
lighting systems, Flexrail, and ceiling mount canopies.
The WAC Line Voltage Pendant selection now includes
Euro-Style crystal and etched glass styles, vibrant
transparent colors over opal matte glass and domes in
bright fritts. Cordsets are available in black, white
or brushed nickel finish and are rated at 150 watts
max.
Designed in three monopoint configurations, the Energy
Savings Pendant series offers a choice of incandescent
or energy efficient compact fluorescent lamps to provide
decorative and energy efficient lighting.
Select from a variety of pendant options, including
Flexlight, Halo, Lightolier, Juno single circuit or
Juno two-circuit or compatible track lighting systems.
The clear Dome (G452) with frosted accents is elegant
in its simplicity. Use a white G lamp for a soft glow
or the clear G for a sparkle on the clear glass.
The Bongo (G451) features cased glass and is a perfect
size for medium to larger spaces. Arranged in a group
or in a line to visually divide a space makes these
pendants a beautiful decorative element as well as an
excellent light source.
