Restaurants, luxury retail, lobbies and private homes we have supplied, mostly across South Florida and some further afield. Every photograph is a finished room, not a rendering.

Restaurants, bars and cafes
Hospitality is most of what we do. It is also the least forgiving: the room has to photograph well, hold a low ambient level, and survive a service every night.
Juvia, Miami
A rooftop restaurant, which means the lighting has to work as a piece of the skyline from outside and as a dinner table from inside. Warm low-level light at the banquettes, the living wall grazed from below so it still reads after dark, and a lit sign that carries the building from street level.

Hikari, Surfside
A dining room built around its ceiling. A sculpted textured canopy runs the length of the space, a chain-curtain cylinder drops over the round banquette, and matt black cones pick up the tables underneath. The ambient level is held low and the light is put where the food is.

Avenue 31 Cafe, Bal Harbour Shops
Three mirrored copper globes over the pastry counter, hung low enough to read as jewellery from across the mall, with a tight grid of recessed downlights behind them doing the actual work on the counter. The back shelving is lit from within against a deep blue ground, which is what makes the glassware and the cake stands carry at a distance.

A room that has been serving since 1913 and carries the expectations that go with it.

Paris 6, Miami Beach
Supplied alongside Saladino Design Group. A Brazilian-French brasserie concept where the fixtures are a large part of what people photograph.

Waterfront hospitality in the Keys, which means salt air and a corrosion specification that matters more than the finish sample.

Retail and display
Display lighting is its own discipline. Coloured glass needs light through it, white porcelain needs light across it, and a gemstone needs a tight beam and a high colour rendering index or it looks dead in the case.
Daum and Haviland, Bal Harbour Shops
Crystal and porcelain in one boutique, which is a hard brief twice over. The arched display niches are outlined in continuous LED, the glass shelving is edge-lit so each piece sits in its own light rather than under a spot, and a slim magnetic track carries small adjustable heads for whatever is on the plinths that week.

Sevan Bicakci, Design District, Miami
Retail display lighting for a jewellery house, where the entire job is making stones and metal read correctly. The ceiling carries square adjustable downlights on tight beams, aimed into the cases, with a slim white track for the pieces that move. The sculpted plaster walls are lit separately from a perimeter slot, so the room keeps depth behind the merchandise instead of going flat.

Private residences
Houses and apartments, from a single pair of pendants to a whole-property scheme. Private homes are identified by neighbourhood only, never by address or owner.
Art wall, Williams Island
Slim architectural track, run tight to the ceiling line, washing a wall of art. On a job like this the fixture is meant to disappear and the artwork is meant to look lit from nowhere in particular.

Dining room, Miami
A cluster of slim cylinder pendants over the dining table, mixed black and brass, hung at staggered heights against a double-height window so the fitting reads as one piece from the room and as a row of thin lines from outside.

Kitchen, Hollywood
Two oval LED pendants over a quartz peninsula. A small job, and a good example of why a showroom still matters: this is a fixture people want to see lit, at full size, before they commit to a pair of them.

Kitchen, New York City
A Manhattan apartment. A sculptural multi-arm fixture spreads across the kitchen ceiling in place of a downlight grid, which suits a low ceiling and an open plan far better than a row of cans would.

Courtyard and entry, Miami
Courtyard and entry lighting. Well lights set into black river rock uplight the palms, small path lights pick out the planters, and a single wall lantern holds the doorway. Landscape work here is as much about corrosion as about beam angle: everything in this photograph lives outdoors in salt air all year.

Commercial and common areas
Lobbies, amenity floors and working rooms, where the lighting has to run all day, take a maintenance schedule, and meet the energy code.
Commercial building lobby, Aventura
Entrance and lobby lighting for a commercial building. A tall mosaic panel is lit as the piece you see on arrival, the marble is washed rather than spotted so it does not go patchy, and the escalator run is lit for footing without putting glare in the eye line of anyone coming down.

Soundlux Studio, Miami
A listening room, which means light that flatters equipment and vinyl without bouncing off either. Every bay of the record wall is lit from inside, the bar front is one continuous warm line, and the overhead level stays low enough that the room reads as a lounge rather than a showroom.

The kinds of work we supply
Six shapes of job, each with its own failure mode. What follows is what actually decides the specification in each one.
Restaurants and bars
Dimming quality matters more than fixture cost. A room that cannot go warm and low at nine in the evening will be relit within a year, and the owner will remember who supplied it.
Hotels and hospitality
Volume plus finish consistency. The same sconce has to look identical in 180 rooms and be replaceable in three years without a redesign.
Multifamily and condo
Phased delivery and staging, floor by floor rather than all at once, plus corridor and amenity packages that meet the association specification without gold-plating it.
Office and commercial
Controls and code compliance drive it. Getting the dimming strategy right at takeoff is the difference between a clean closeout and a punch list of flicker complaints.
Landscape and site
Salt air decides the specification. Coastal-rated hardware and voltage drop over long low-voltage runs are the two things that come back to bite a job in this market.
Builder packages and custom residential
One order for the whole house, priced per plan, with the option for the buyer to walk the showroom floor and upgrade a room without unpicking the package.
How a project actually runs
Takeoff, value engineering, submittals, release and lead times, staging and phased delivery, then punch list and warranty.
What is worth saying here is the part that decides whether a job goes well: the earlier we see the drawings, the more of the value engineering is still available. Once fixtures are released, the options narrow to substitutions, and substitutions late in a job are where schedules break.
